Shopping Basics

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada,  Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries.

We are looking to expand our shipments to more countries, so subscribe to our mailing list and stay connected!

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic), 10-15 business days (international)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic), 5-7 business days (international)

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Custom jerseys aren’t eligible unless defective. Contact customer service to start the return process. Return shipping costs may apply based on the reason.

Yes, you can exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Custom jerseys are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective. Contact customer service to arrange your exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Outside of the countries listed below, we will take care of all VAT and import fees so you don’t have to worry about anything!

If there is an unexpected error and you do encounter import fees, please contact us at contact@jerseynine.com.

Countries where customers will be responsible for paying import fees are Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, India, South Korea, Indonesia, Israel, Serbia, Malaysia, and South Africa. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Shipping & Returns

To return your purchase, contact our customer service team with your order number. They’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Ensure the item is unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

To cancel or change your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
